We had a memorable stay at this venue. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even surprising us with a bottle of bubbly for a special occasion. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the harbour, and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was absolutely delicious, especially the eggs.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and offer floor-to-ceiling views, providing a pleasant experience. The gym and pool facilities are modern and well-maintained.
The front desk can be understaffed at times, resulting in long waits for check-out or other services.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the shops and amenities. The hotel also had a TV with chromecast, allowing us to easily continue watching our Netflix series even when it was raining. The beds were extra comfy and the pool area and landscaping were stunning. I loved the pool pavilions.
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.
